Important School Information 2022-2023

OPENING DATES OF SCHOOL: Thursday, August 18

SCHOOL HOURS: Doors open at 7:30 am for all grades. School ends at 2:45 pm for EC-2 through Kindergarten and 3:05 pm for Grades 1-7 with extended care available in the morning from 7:00 - 7:30 am and aftercare until 5:30 pm for all ages. Early Childhood hours are 7:30 til 4:00 pm with extended care hours until 5:30 pm. Please click here to see our 2022-2023 school calendar.

HEALTH RECORDS: All students must have immunization records provided by your child’s physician. They must be sent to Kehoe-France Northshore no later than August 19, 2022. No student will be admitted on opening day unless his/her immunization record is on file. This record will remain on file at Kehoe-France Northshore and it is the parent’s responsibility to update the health record when needed.

LUNCH FORM: Curbside Caterer will provide our lunch service this year.

SCHOOL UNIFORMS: Uniforms are required for all students grades PreK-4 through 7th. Inka’s Schoolwear and School Time provide our school uniforms with store locations in Harahan, Baton Rouge, and Mandeville, La. Please see the Family Handbook for uniform information.
