Rebecca Hickey, a native of Baton Rouge, is a graduate of Central Private School and Louisiana State University with a Bachelors of Science in Home Economics Education. She is also a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in New York. Her professional life began in the catering and restaurant business. She later joined Semolina in management and was promoted to regional manager. She and her husband Tim have three children, KF alum Victoria and current students Preston and Payton. Rebecca followed her three children to Kehoe-France as a substitute teacher, and in 2012 she began teaching the Little Eagles. Rebecca has recently embarked on a career in Real Estate and is continuing her role as the Home Economics elective teacher for middle school students.
